Automatic HFFS packing machine for 4 side bag

1. BG400 product feeding platform which can feed mask with hands or also can use mechanical arm to improve speed.
   Generally BG400 speed for Menstrual Pad Sanitary pad Sanitary napkin can be 100-180 bags/min.
   If adopt mechanical arm,it may can faster.Like most of pillow type packing machines,it can take off and do washing.
   Machine is with function of empty bag checking and excluding device.Machine covered SS304.

2. The machine use laminated film to form 4 side sealing pouch for face mask.In order to provide easy operating

   environment, BG400 use 3 units deviation correcting devices and 1 set tension controller. 8 servo motors system can

   control each part and action accurately and reduce machine maintain time which improve the machine using feeling

3. and machine using life.A optoelectronic switch can check the film mark for machine to forming nice 4 side sealing pouch.

4. Machine with bag easy tear making device,Gas barrier axis.
   Teflon belt in both sealing bar to make sure the pouch sealing with good look.
   Euro hole/ Round hole maker choice.
   The sealing bar cylinder use AirTAC from Taiwan.
   Machine adopt low noise Synchronous belt

5. BG400 has one set of INK printer which can print date and validity of face mask. The printer change letters easily and with

   clear printing.Machine is with Reciprocating cutter which can improve packing speed.
